Common Issues

If your server does not start correctly, consider the following:

  • Check your game requires additional ports (voice chat, query, etc.)
    → These must be requested via support ticket.

  • Verify that the port shown in your server.cfg, server.properties, or equivalent matches the assigned port from your panel.

  • Check the startup logs in the panel for any visible error.
